What your audience will leave with

Every keynote is built around outcomes for your people, not a tour of the latest tools.

Strategic clarity

A shared, jargon-free view of what AI really means for your organisation.

Practical AI use cases

Concrete, real-world examples your teams can act on immediately.

Confidence in AI decisions

Leaders who know what to adopt, what to delay and what to avoid.

Concrete next steps

A clear direction to move on Monday, not a list of buzzwords.

Less hype, more orientation

An honest, European, evidence-based perspective on AI.

AI Manifesto

AI is a Mirror. Let's Build a C.L.E.A.R. Future.

For years, we've been asking the wrong question about artificial intelligence. We've marveled at its speed, debated its power, and feared its potential to replace us. But as we stand at the dawn of 2026, the year of the AI agent, we must ask a more profound question: what does it show us about ourselves?

I believe AI is the most powerful mirror humanity has ever built. It reflects our brilliance and our biases, our compassion and our contradictions. The code we write is not neutral; it is encoded with our values. This is why the rise of autonomous AI agents, systems that can act on our behalf, is a critical moment for us all.

To navigate this new era, we need more than just faster algorithms and bigger data sets. We need a new philosophy. We need a framework that puts humanity at the center of our technological progress. We need to build a future that is C.L.E.A.R.

The C.L.E.A.R. AI Principle

C.L.E.A.R. is not a technical checklist. It is a human-centric framework for leaders who want to build a future where technology serves humanity, not the other way around.

The Choice is C.L.E.A.R.

The age of AI agency is here. The mirror is in front of us, clearer and more powerful than ever before. It is showing us who we are and who we have the potential to become.

The choice is ours. Let us choose to build a C.L.E.A.R. future.

Keynotes on Judgement, Agents and AI Literacy

The Offloaded Mind: Why AI Makes Us Faster, Not Smarter

01 · Signature keynote

Organisations are measuring AI adoption while quietly losing the ability to evaluate what AI produces. Drawing on his research on cognitive offloading and implementation work with 60+ companies, this session shows where cognitive offloading creates leverage and where it erodes the expertise a business depends on, and gives audiences a way to distinguish the two.

Formats
45, 60 or 90 minutes
Audience
Leadership teams, conferences, professional associations

Three takeaways

  • A working definition of cognitive offloading and where it pays off
  • Signals that expertise is eroding inside a team before output quality drops
  • A practical rule for deciding which judgement stays human

From Copilot to Agent: What Changes When AI Stops Answering and Starts Acting

02

The shift from chat interfaces to autonomous agents is a structural change, not a feature update. This session explains what agentic AI means in operational terms, which platforms are reshaping the market, and what changes for process design, accountability and leadership, built on current implementation work including projects for SAP and Zumtobel.

Formats
45 or 60 minutes
Audience
Executive teams, technology and operations leadership

Three takeaways

  • What separates a copilot from an agent in operational terms
  • Where accountability sits once software takes actions
  • How to redesign a process for agents without losing control

The Competence Gap: Building an AI-Literate Organisation

03

Most AI training teaches tools. Tools change every quarter, competence does not. This session presents a three-pillar model developed across 60+ mandates: data literacy, structured dialogue with machines, and verification of machine output, including the CRAP test used in companies and universities.

Formats
60 or 90 min keynote, half or full day workshop
Audience
Whole workforces, HR and L&D, universities

Three takeaways

  • The three pillars of AI literacy that outlast any single tool
  • The CRAP test for verifying machine output
  • A path from one-off training to lasting internal capability
Available in 4 stage languages

Sovereign by Design: Europe's AI Dependency and What to Do About It

04

European organisations are building critical processes on infrastructure they neither own nor govern. This session examines the dependency in concrete terms, from data residency and EU AI Act exposure to which European alternatives exist and where they fall short. Strategic rather than political, ending in decisions rather than warnings.

Formats
45 or 60 minutes
Audience
European conferences, public sector, regulated industries, boards

Three takeaways

  • Where the real dependencies sit: data, models, infrastructure
  • What EU AI Act exposure means for day-to-day operations
  • Which European alternatives are viable today and which are not
